SUMMIT POINTE GIVES BACK TO THE MARION, IOWA COMMUNITY
The staff and tenants at Summit Pointe Senior Living in Marion, IA are dedicated to giving back to the local community throughout the year. Our senior living community volunteers time and resources to various causes across Linn County, and we encourage families and neighbors to join us in supporting these meaningful efforts.
Our recent charitable activities and community outreach programs include:
- Silent auction supporting the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk
- “Adopt a Family” holiday programs at Thanksgiving and Christmas
- Community blood drives for local donors
- Donations to local food banks and Marion-area shelters
- Supporting the troops by sending letters and care packages
- School supply donations and collection drives for area children
- Lunch and Learns for the community hosted in partnership by Hills Bank
